When I make intercourse and/or masturbate I don't have precums, as far as I know about sex there should be precums until the sperm comes out, but my case I used to have the final orgasm and sperm together. Is this needed to be consulted with a doctor? Waiting for your advise.
It is not necessary to have pre-cum. It also depends on each person. And you may be having those, but may not be noticing it. No need to consult a doctor.
